LANDLORD CHECKLIST
The following must be provided to management within 10 days of the lease transaction.
Amenity use (Clubhouse & Pool) will not be permitted until tenant is fully registered.

Landlords should require their tenant to purchase a renter's insurance policy (HO-4) to cover
their contents, liability, and loss of use. The unit owner/landlord should be named “additional
insured/interest” on the tenant’s policy. This will help protect the unit owner/landlord in the event the
tenant is the cause of loss.
